Needed a consultant to review their current benefit package and to assist management in developing a strategic 2-3 year plan for the Benefit function.

Their Customer Service Department had an extremely high turnover rate, and needed revamping. The prior vendor had been hired to pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and administer pre-employment tests. The vendor had inexperienced people who did not follow proper hiring and testing guidelines resulting in the company hiring unqualified people causing many customer service problems.
