Large Consulting Firm

in developing a strategic 2-3 year plan for the Benefit function.

She also helped develop and implement an open enrollment process which included

Their Customer Service Department had an extremely high turnover rate, and needed
revamping. The prior vendor had been hired to pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews,
and administer pre-employment tests. The vendor had inexperienced people who did
not follow proper hiring and testing guidelines resulting in the company hiring
unqualified people causing many customer service problems. They needed a trouble-shooter
to correct past errors and develop a staffing plan to recruit a qualified and
reliable staff.

Our team of five recruiters quickly performed a situation analysis, instituted
proper recruiting procedures, and hired customer service staff who met all the
requirements set out for employment. We saved the client $250,000 in fees (compared
to the first vendor). These efforts resulted in a lower turnover rate and better
customer service quality.
International Manufacturer

International maufacturer lost their Controller during a critical time and needed
someone immedately who could act an an interim Controller and address all the
pressing issues.
