Our
client is an industry leader in managing inventory solutions. They are
currently seeking a Revenue Processor for their Addison location. If
you are a detail-oriented, high-energy professional with transportation
industry accounting experience and strong customer service skills, this is
the position for you!
In
this role you will:
- Audit Third Party Service
Provider invoices
- Process Third Party
Service Provider invoice payments for all divisions
- Ensure timely receipt of
Third Party Service Provider invoicing per customer requirements
- Interface with Program
Managers, Customer Service, Agents and Offsites regarding invoice data
integrity, problems and questions
- Create and/or maintain
Excel spreadsheets as required
- Maintain payment activity
records as required
- Research payment
inquiries by Third Party Service Providers
- Assist with Audits
including pulling records and compiling requested data
- Rotate administrative
departmental duties including mail processing and distribution, daily
reconciliation
- Assist Systems &
Analysis Group with testing new and/or revised system configuration
- Interface with multiple
Business Systems including Carrier Settlement, AMS, LBS, TMS, Epicor
- Cross-Train on additional
Vendor Accounts to ensure proper coverage during absences and
vacations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive data entry
experience; accuracy required
- Auditing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft
Excel
- Accounting and/or
Bookkeeping experience
- Accounts Payables
experience
- Strong organizational and
prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with
initiative to complete assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and
meet deadlines in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
