Our client, a pioneer and leader in the medical industry, is looking for a senior level sales professional in the Chicago area with a proven track record.  In this great opportunity, you will help to develop their larger accounts.  Working in concert with regional sales professionals, you will provides knowledgeable representation of their product offerings supporting: OB/Gyn, Endocrinology, Infectious Diseases, Rheumatology, Reproductive Genetics, In Vitro Fertilization and Urology.  You will act as liaison between customers and the client’s Centers of Excellence, thought leaders and test specific experts.  You will provide training to sales team to increase their awareness of existing tests, new developments in specialty testing and other related market intelligence.

Successful candidate will have demonstrated results oriented experience in Clinical Laboratory sales/product offerings or related industry, possess strong interpersonal skills, relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, skilled with MS Office software, compose letters/memorandum/presentations, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications.

This position requires that someone have the following experience:

 

·         Min. 5 years of proven sales/support experience with laboratory testing products for medical customers.

·         PhD/MS Degree in related field preferred or extensive experience(10+) in clinical lab products and prior healthcare related sales experience desired.

·         Track record of large and innovative sales.

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Valid Driver’s License
