Compensation Analyst-Northbrook, IL

Impressive sixty year old company is looking to add an experience Compensation Analyst to their expanding Human Resource group. This is a corporate environment with friendly people who are awaiting the right individual to add to their team!

You will be responsible for job documentation and analysis, salary administration, variable pay, and other HR information. More specifically you will document and evaluate existing and new positions, provide counsel to managers and HR regarding salaries, salary increases, compensation administration and market trends. In addition, you will help develop compensation communication materials to help employees understand the compensation philosophy.

Requirements include:

Ÿ          Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business

Ÿ          1-2 years of compensation experience.

Ÿ          CCP designation is desirable.

Ÿ          Must have excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.

Ÿ          Advanced experience with Excel and relational databases is a plus.
