Sales Manager-Train and Coach a
Team!

Our worldwide client with an
office located near Van Buren, Arkansas, has a short-term project for
an Inside Sales Manager.
This is a solid company that
offers a solid training program and needs a leader who can train, coach and
mentor their inside sales staff.
Working as a Flex Execs
consultant you will enjoy a variety of challenging projects for interesting
clients. As a respected member of our team, our W-2 employees enjoy our new
shortened eligibility period for access to our corporate Health and Dental
insurance, as well as 401k and paid holidays. In addition, we take the
worry out of consulting work by taking care of billing and payroll-and
making contributions on your behalf for FICA, Medicare, Unemployment and
Workers Compensation insurance.
As the sales manager, you will:
Ÿ
Assist with training new inside sales representatives
Ÿ
Be responsible for on-going training of seasoned representatives as
new products and features are introduced
Ÿ
Meet established sales goals
Ÿ
Assist inside Sales Reps in problem solving and negotiating with
customers
Ÿ
Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting
The right candidate with
possess:
Ÿ
Minimum 4 years of commissioned sales experience with proven
successful track record
Ÿ
Managerial experience
Ÿ
Excellent computer skills
Ÿ
Experience with Vista (Order Management Systems) and Salesforce.com a plus
Ÿ
Proven ability to multi-task various projects
Ÿ
Success in training and developing an inside sales team
Ÿ
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. If no college degree, must have
exceptionally strong sales experience
