Corporate Controller-South Suburbs
Looking for an

We are searching for a Corp Controller to manage
our south suburban client's US and foreign accounting practices, prepare
its financial reports and help in the audit process.
Additional
responsibilities:
-Reviewing proposed
financial and accounting impact of company policies and making
recommendations for changes.
-Managing the company's ERP system
-Managing, developing, and motivating all corporate staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting – Advanced knowledge of
GAAP
- 10+ years public or
corporate accounting experience
- Experience with FAS
109 and strong corporate tax experience
required
- M&A
experience preferred
- Advanced reporting skills
- CPA required, MBA preferred
