Compensation Analyst-World Class
Organization
World-Class organization is
currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to work hand in hand with the Senior
Manager of Compensation to take their current compensation program to a new
level.
You will be responsible for all
aspects of compensation including but not limited to:
Ÿ
Compensation Surveys & Analysis of Compensation Results
Ÿ
Creating Compensation Budget
Ÿ
International Experience i.e. –cost of living, currency
conversion, immigration and tax implication
Ÿ
Reconciling compensation information from payroll systems and HR
Ÿ
Assisting in annual salary and bonus review process
Ÿ
Ad Hoc Compensation analysis as needed
The Right Candidate will possess
the Following:
Ÿ
Bachelors Degree
Ÿ
Proficiency with Microsoft Word
Ÿ
Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel
Ÿ
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) from World at Work
organization
